CBT for Insomnia 2022

Program Description Cognitive Behavior Treatment for Insomnia helps to identify maladaptive thoughts and behaviors that can lead to persistent insomnia. This program combines aspects of sleep hygiene, stimulus control, sleep restriction, and cognitive therapy into an integrated approach. It can be offered individually or in a group format.
