Program Description The Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a recovery-oriented, evidence-based practice that teaches individuals with a serious mental
illness to maintain their recovery through wellness activities and to identify desired treatment and supports prior to crises. It consists of 8 sessions of 2.5 hours each.
